At FORCIANO, we deeply value our customers and aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Recognizing the challenges of online shopping, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to ensure your shopping experience is always delightful and worry-free.

Return Policy:

FORCIANO accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of the confirmed tracking delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items show no visible signs of wear and tear.
  • Tags remain intact.
  • Items are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Merchandise is in its original condition.

Please note that items are not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days. For hygiene reasons, insoles and accessories are non-refundable.

Products discounted by 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customized products and special orders are also non-returnable.

To process your return, we may request a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

We strive to ensure transparency and make this policy clear at the time of purchase. For all return or exchange inquiries, please contact customer@forciano.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will assist you based on the guidelines outlined on this page.

Return Shipping: (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds: (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note: If a refund request is made directly after the order has been placed and the item has not yet been shipped, we will process the refund for the item(s) only. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under these circumstances.

Important for customers in Brazil: If an order is refused by the customer and held by customs in Brazil, it may either be destroyed or returned to us at the customer’s expense. In such cases, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any loss or cost incurred. No refunds will be issued for orders that are not successfully delivered due to customs refusal or non-payment of duties and taxes.

Gifts:

Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items:

For damaged or defective items, please submit a request to our email team at customer@forciano.com. Please report any damage within 48 hours of receipt, providing timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier for review.
